Check out what God is doing in Whitley County!

Posted on by Youth for Christ

God is on the move in Whitley County! Since the beginning of the school year, over 40 middle school and high school students have said yes to Jesus for the first time! This has happened through God’s leading at clubs, individual appointments with students, and the GoMad conference. Our desire is to introduce students to the life-changing love of Jesus Christ, journey with them as they discover how God can intimately have a role in their daily lives, and work to connect them to a loving church body where they can continue to go deeper in their faith.

God has not only been faithful in reaching the lost and hurting students in our community, but He has continued to provide the needs of Whitley County Ministry. Financially, God has provided through regular monthly gifts, one-time “above and beyond” donations, business contributions, and giving at our annual YFC Rally. These gifts are what make ministry possible in six schools in our county! Even with these donations, we could not provide our caliber of ministry without our loving adults. Currently we have 28 volunteers who have chosen to lead with us this year! Without these loving adults pouring into our students, our reach would be much smaller.

As we end one semester and move into the next, we are grateful for our community’s support. Please continue to pray for Campus Life in Whitley County and seek God’s leading to how you can partner with Him in this movement.
