PURPOSE
Assist our main office staff with various projects and tasks throughout the year as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the following areas as needed:
Donor Processing
- Donation management
- Accept donations and pledges, process and deposit all forms of payment, and input donations and donors into development database
- Database management
- Ensure cleanliness and accuracy of donor database
- Donor information management
- Update donor information in the cases of address changes, death, and change in family status, etc.
Finance Assistance
- Expense and payables processing
- Track & record financial transactions
- Cut checks from invoices and check requests
- Produce checks to pay vendors, employees, and ministry leaders for services/expenses incurred
- Program revenue bookkeeping
- Receive, deposit, and record revenue for trips, events, and programs
Ministry Leader Process
- Data entry and management
- Participate in every element of volunteer screening and onboarding
HR
- Keep staff and ministry leader information up to date
- Post jobs to Indeed
- Track expiration dates and set calendar reminders for each
- Data entry and management
- Participate in every element of staff, interview, screening and onboarding
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Administrative or assistant experience
SKILLS/QUALITIES WE VALUE

- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Quick learner of technology
