Join our team
Embrace our mission of raising up lifelong followers of Jesus
We have full and part-time positions available across Northern Indiana and in a variety of settings ranging from suburban to rural; high schools to middle schools; juvenile justice ministry to urban ministry. We are seeking people who are passionate about engaging in Christ-sharing relationships with teenagers and are committed to training, building, and empowering teams of adults to reach lost teenagers with the Gospel.
Give Life to Your Story
Mentor and Introduce kids to Jesus at pivotal moments
At YFC, it’s our aim to grow our ministry to unchurched students— to those in desperate need of the restorative love of Christ. We’ve established a variety of ways for individuals and organizations to join with us, because ministry to students is unique to every community. If you’re interested in the work that Youth for Christ does with students in Northern Indiana, why not get involved as a volunteer? Use your gifts, talents, and abilities to help impact teenagers in your community!
Building the Kingdom
We partner with the local church and other organizations
A healthy, sustainable youth ministry works to connect young people with other important parts in their community. We partner with pastors, church leaders, non-profits, business owners, clubs, student associations and more — supporting the local church in the mission of the Gospel, and joining arms with like-minded organizations that want to reach and uplift young people. Connect with us to discover how you can be a YFC partner in your community.
Support Through Prayer
We are committed to praying for our young people and would love for you to partner with us!
One of Youth for Christ’s essential values is ‘Widespread Prayer’. We value having thousands of people around Northern Indiana praying for this ministry that is pursuing and impacting the lives of teenagers. In John 14:13-14, Jesus states, “And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it”. Twice in those two verses Jesus invites us to pray. What an amazing invitation to the believer. Throughout Scripture we are invited to pray to the Father, that He might not just hear our prayers, but, answer those prayers.
