MEET OUR NEW CEO DREW WILLIAMS

Youth for Christ of Northern Indiana (YFCNIN) Is excited to announce the hire of Drew Williams as its next CEO. Drew has served YFCNIN the past 3 years as their Chief Operating Officer. He is a 1997 South Side graduate and attended Earlham College after high school. Drew brings a unique combination of 15+ years in for-profit leadership positions and nearly 20 years of faithful service in youth ministry as a volunteer. Drew will begin serving as CEO on March 24th.
Chris Todia, our current CEO, will be transitioning from this role as he steps into a new season of life and Kingdom impact. Chris has served faithfully in this role for the past 6 years. He will be a part of helping Drew transition YFCNIN into this new chapter staying on staff until July 1st.

“For the past 6 years, I’ve had the incredible honor of serving Youth for Christ of Northern Indiana in the role of CEO. It has been incredible to see God move through this ministry over this past season. We’ve had the opportunity to serve tens of thousands of young people, build an incredible team, expand into new ministry sites, foster a spirit of collaboration, and launch We Believe in You(th).
After much prayer, reflection, and planning, I’ve decided it’s time for me to step into a new season of life and Kingdom impact. But as I prepare to transition, I am thrilled that Drew Williams will be stepping into the role of CEO and leading YFC into it’s next chapter.
I couldn’t be more confident in Drew and the vision he brings to this role. Drew has served as COO with YFC for the past three years and has been integral in leading YFC through this past season. I am filled with gratitude for this journey and excitement for what’s ahead for YFC.”
